   儿科血液肿瘤实验室是基础研究和临床应用相结合的实验基地，成员由专门从事实验研究的科技人员和血液科临床医生组成，主要研究方向是ALK基因异常在肿瘤发生中的作用及淋巴造血系统肿瘤中糖皮质激素耐药的分子机制。研究内容还包括血液病，尤其是白血病的基因诊断，临床危险度的精确评估和微小残留病变的检测。

Thislaboratory focuses on translational work combining basic research with clinicalapplications. The research team is composed of basic researchers and clinicalhematologists. The main interests are the oncogenic role of ALK and themolecular mechanisms of glucocorticoid resistance in lymphoid malignancies. Theresearch works also includes genetic diagnosis of blood diseases, especiallyleukemia, the accurate evaluation of the risk factors, and the testing ofminimal residual disease.
