血管重构与发育缺陷研究室以动物模型和来源自人体的生物标本为研究对象展开科学研究,以期从分子和细胞层面上针对肺动脉高压、哮喘、唇腭裂、肢体畸形、先天性心脏病等临床疾病和发育缺陷的发病机制和干预措施进行探索。主要研究内容包括:
1. 肺动脉高压和哮喘中血管重构的机制和作用研究
2. 唇腭裂、肢体畸形和先天性心脏病等人类发育缺陷的分子流行病学和分子遗传学研究。
We are focusing onexploring the disease mechanisms and interventions of pulmonary arteryhypertension, asthma, cleft lip and palate, dysmelia, and congenital heartdefects at molecular and cellular levels, using animal models and humanbiological samples. The studies include:
1. The mechanismsand functions of vascular remodeling in pulmonary artery hypertension and asthma;
2. The molecular epidemiologyand molecular genetics of cleft lip and palate, dysmelia, and congenital heartdefects.
