  心脏发育与早期干预研究室依托我院儿童心脏中心，以心脏发育及早期干预为主线，注重早期发育与损伤的基础与临床嵌合及转化研究，围绕胎儿期心血管疾病产前诊断、分级管理及围生期干预平台建设、胎儿心力衰竭发病机制及损伤保护、胎盘膜转运体在胎儿心血管疾病中的应用、平面细胞极性途径调控对心肌细胞迁移/肌组织构建及重塑影响等方面进行系列研究。目前研究方向主要包括：1）心脏结构及功能发育异常机制及干预；2）DOHaD体系下成年期心血管疾病胎儿起源研究；3）先天性心血管疾病基础及临床研究转化平台建立研究。

Relying on the Children’s heart center of West China SecondUniversity Hospital, our lab, Cardiac Development and Early Intervention ResearchUnit, focuses on the research of cardiac development and early intervention,particularly the combination and transformation of basic and clinical researchin early development and associated injury. We are currently conducting aseries of studies regarding the platform construction of prenatal diagnosis,classified management and perinatal therapeutic strategies for congenitalcardiovascular diseases, the pathogenesis of fetal heart failure and theprotective strategies for the associated injury, the implications of placentaltransporters in fetal cardiovascular diseases, and the regulation of planarcell polarity pathway on myocardial cell migration, myocardial tissueconstruction and remodeling. Our main research directions include: 1) thepathogenesis and interventions for cardiac developmental disorders; 2) the investigationsregarding fetal origin of adult cardiovascular diseases ba-x-sed on the conceptionof DOHaD system; 3) the transformation platform construction for basic andclinical research of congenital cardiovascular diseases.
