妇科肿瘤生物治疗实验室一直致力于妇科及妇科恶性肿瘤的研究，在针对卵巢癌发生发展及靶向治疗研究、子宫内膜癌发病机制及综合治疗研究和子宫颈癌发病机制及综合治疗研究上已取得初步成效。实验室的研究方向主要有：

1、鉴定与妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展相关的新基因或功能未知基因并进行功能研究

2、卵巢癌基因治疗靶向药物制剂成药性研究

3、选择与肿瘤血管生成、纤维母细胞增殖等相关的重要分子开展抗妇科恶性肿瘤间质治疗研究

4、针对与肿瘤发生、发展、转移、预后等密切相关的基因对妇科恶性肿瘤开展RNA干扰基因治疗研究

5、中成药对妇科手术后功能恢复的研究

The gynecological oncologybiotherapy laboratory has been dedicated to the study of general gynecology andgynecological malignancy. Primary achievements have been reached on theresearch of the pathogenesis and integrated treatment of ovarian cancer, endometrialcancer and cervical cancer. Major research areas of the laboratory:

1, Identification of newgenes and functionally unknown genes related to the development ofgynecological malignancy.

2, Druggability of genetargeting agents of ovarian cancer.

3, Mesenchymal treatment of gynecologicalmalignancy by selecting important molecules on tumor angiogenesis andfibroblastic proliferation.

4, RNA interference therapyon genes related to the development, me-x-tastasis and prognosis of gynecologicalmalignancy.

5, Effects of Chinesepatent medicine on postoperative recovery.
