   实验室聚焦妇幼临床疾病的诊疗难点，以发育障碍诊治新策略及恶性肿瘤的新型免疫治疗为研究重点，对儿童神经发育障碍及卵巢癌等妇幼重大疾病的机理及干预措施进行探索性研究。

实验室主要研究方向：
（1）类器官模拟人类早期发育；
（2）神经发育障碍致病基因的鉴定与功能研究；
（3）肿瘤放化疗耐药机制研究；
（4）肿瘤免疫治疗新策略基础与临床研究；
（5）细胞治疗临床研究。

Stem cells hold tremendous potential to advancemedicine and improve human health. We are interested in (1) using stem cells tomodel human diseases and understand their etiology, (2) using stem cells togenerate clinically relevant cell types. Knowledge from these studies will notonly offer molecular insights into stem cell biology, but also provide ascientific basis to develop stem cell-ba-x-sed drug discovery and therapeutics.
